We want to clarify that while the final delivery is handled by USPS, we actually use our own tracking and shipping system to manage orders from our facilities. Packages are scanned and processed through our system before being handed off to USPS for the last leg of delivery. Because of this, a USPS tracking number may not always reflect your package immediately.

During periods of high demand, response times can be longer than usual, which may have caused the delay you experienced. However, your messages were not ignored. We treat discount codes with full integrity and aim to ensure every eligible customer receives the discount as intended.

Lastly, please note that discount codes are typically one-time use and may also be subject to expiration. If a code is not working, it’s usually due to one of these reasons or an issue with entering it correctly in the designated field. We also offer a subscription option which automatically applies a 20% discount and can be canceled anytime at your convenience.
