My experience with Zenzp was very poor. We agreed on a paid guest post placement and after repeated back-and-forth on price, they confirmed they wanted the article published. The article was then deployed live on our site.

After that, payment was constantly delayed with different excuses. At one point they even said the payment had already been made, but when asked for proof, they later admitted it had not actually been completed. Since then, there have been repeated promises, requests for more time, and more delays, but the invoice still remains unpaid.

In my experience, this is not a reliable company to work with if you expect timely payment and straightforward communication. I would be very cautious before offering any service upfront.

The interface is clean, it’s easy to onboard, and it does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complexity. Communication feels more organized, tasks dont get lost, and it saves a surprising amount of time day to day. Support has been responsive when needed, and you can tell the product is being built with real users in mind, not just features for the sake of it. Zenzap has been a game changer for how we run shifts and communicate at work, it's very intuitive and keeps everyone in the same page. Support is solid roo, they respond fast. Very reliable and simple to organize your team.

We're enjoying using this app as we aren't a big team and the task built in on the app makes it easier for us to track the daily to dos that we need to do and if there's anyu questions we just talk about on the channel. Pretty easy to use and we got onboard easily as well.
