Perfect Customer Service Experience
I ordered a few things and sadly, my package was ripped open (not the fault of Zeonmarket) and one thing was missing. I emailed a photo of the box and very quickly got an answer, that I would receive a replacement and a voucher. The replacement arrived a few days later and all is good.
Very fast delivery, very friendly and accommodating customer service. All in all a very good shop!

Excellent customer service
My packet arrived on time and very well packaged. Even though initially one thing I purchased was missing, they handled it very professionally by replying very fast to my email and shipping the item the next day next to giving me a discount on my next purchase. Highly recommend Zeon Market.

Fantastic customer service
Webstore is easy to navigate through and they have a wide selection of Hobby/Gunpla products. Picked up some scribing/sanding supplies.
There was a minor issue with delivery (PostNL side), which customer service helped me resolve. I really appreciated the friendliness (and speed!) of customer support!
Will definitely order from here again. Thanks!
