Thank you for the delivery, just assembled the bike today took my time to make sure all parts fitted OK. It was easy to assemble as a whole. All parts are engineered very well and of good quality I must say. Very happy with the purchase, compared to other bikes I have seen.

Bike is good, only issue is that the pedal area was bent on delivery which caused the chain to keep falling off.

Zephyr S20 cruise
I brought the S20 cruise. And have done a few long rides since,and it has been absolutely fantastic!! Can not fault it. Love this bike! It's a solid bike and a smooth ride . Those hills are a breeze with throttle assistance 👌

Our records show that the issues raised were addressed and resolved under warranty, and replacement parts were sent out. We didn’t receive any further response after this, so we weren’t aware that there were still ongoing problems.

Overall pretty great, responsive customer service, def a heavy bike thats a bit hard to handle at first though.

10/10 for communication and great service new motor turned up about 6 days only down sight was not having a tracking number but it turned up and callum was very helpful highly recommended
