I have purchased Zero Waste Outlet products for over 2 years now and am 100% satisfied with all products. The new "detangler conditioner is perfect for my long hair. I REALLY like how this company uses NO plastics in all of the containers and packaging. The bar shampoos and soaps, lip butter, lotions, and cleaning products are wrapped in paper or cardboard. I LOVE the NO paper towel cloths and use those in the kitchen, cleaning dishes, counters, and spills. I use them over and over and throw them in the wash with my other laundry items. REUSE is a great idea considering how much plastic there is in our world. THANK YOU SO MUCH Zero Waste Outlet for helping us rid the planet of plastic. Lucille

Everything I ordered shipped out in a timely manner and was packaged very well. I appreciate that they emailed me soon as my order was ready, when it shipped and when it was delivered. Everything was exactly what I ordered. They have very nice products that help the earth. I hadn't ordered from ZeroWasteOutlet before and I was very pleased with my purchase. Incredible service, incredible product

I love the idea of zero waste. I purchased the cleaners and I wish they had a nice smell to them but they just smell like water. They do clean pretty well. I also purchased the dryer balls which, so far, I like. I like the ‘no paper towels’ but wish they were a bit larger. Also got the facial sponge and I like that a lot.

Great Product!!! The scrub side is tough enough to do its job while not stabbing my hands(like some “similar” brands” ). The sponge side is also delightfully squishy. I’m already a loyal customer!

I had a great experience with this company. Even though there was a small issue upon delivery, the problem was quickly addressed and solved. Within two hours they responded back to my email. The owners were polite and understanding.

I've given a week to test the products before writing a review and so far I've had a positive experience with what I've ordered. These products include a lot of natural ingredients that my sensitive skin appreciates plus bonus points for being eco-friendly! Definitely recommend!

Great sponges!! Highly recommend!! The sponge is soft, and the scrubby side is very efficient! Feels good in my hand, and gets the pots clean.
