These products work. I've got sensitive skin so these work well for me. I've used a lot of expensive products before and these products are top.
I now have a substantial collection of things from here.
I do highly recommend them.

I honestly cannot believe I’m even writing this.

I placed an order with Ziaja that never arrived. I was told Royal Mail had “lost” the parcel — fair enough, these things happen. What isn’t acceptable is that a full YEAR later, after countless emails chasing this up, I still have not received a refund.

At no point have they taken responsibility or properly resolved the issue. As the retailer, it is their responsibility to sort it out with the courier — not leave the customer out of pocket for 12 months.

The lack of accountability and customer service is genuinely shocking. If you value your money, I would strongly reconsider ordering from here.

I actually came across Ziaja by accident while searching for something else online, and I’m so glad I did. I was really drawn to the focus on natural ingredients and the very reasonable prices.
I ordered a shower gel, some Goat’s Milk hair products, and a few face masks – and I’ve been impressed with all of them so far!
There was a small issue where part of my parcel was damaged in transit by the courier, but the company handled it brilliantly. They quickly arranged a replacement and sent it out the very next day. They even included some lovely skincare samples, which was a really nice touch.
I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The best skincare ever !
I have been using this brand for last November, it was recommended by a friend ! And I absolutely love it ! I use the strengthen shampoo for hair loss and my hair grew back and are so strong, I also use the vitamin C range with niacinamide it's fab ! The serum and the toner together are a win win combination! I also by the hair oil and I'm trying the hair conditioner spray ! For the night I like to use the goat milk night cream It's so good and i love it ! My next order is already on his way !

I love the acai berry range from them. The secrum has made my skin so smooth. The price is so affordable too.I would recommend

I am regular customers, as 40 years old woman, quality of cosmetics is very important for me special in my age to keep my skin fresh and young. I remember this brand as child as just simply olive oil cream, and few years ago I discovered it again, firm that time I ordering every few months set of cream for my age for day and night plus my partner using it too.
As long as the products level of quality is high I will continue to use it.

I found Ziaja through recommendations by Polish friends, i then found their UK supplier and ordered multiple items. Firstly, shipping was amazing, my products arrived within 3 days (with emails keeping me updated) packaged well in a cardboard box with free samples too! Each product i used was luxurious, and if you’re a UK customer you’ll be surprised at what such little money could get you for the quality, compared to our brands. The face cleanser in particular was just fabulous, my spots and redness had cleared up within just 3 days of using the cleanser, and the goats milk face cream made my skin baby-soft and so glassy and healthy looking! 5/5 for this company. And I will be purchasing all my cosmetics from here in the future! Impressive!

Recently purchased some items from the website, as they're really good quality and have used them a lot in the past when visiting Poland. The products are ridiculously up-priced on Amazon so I looked online and found this website, which is the UK distributor. My order was shipped within 24 hours, and there was an issue with the carrier (Royal Mail) and when I contacted customer support, I was given very quick and personal service by a lovely lady called Yola who sent me a replacement which arrived within 48 hours. Very pleasant experience, and the items were packaged very securely but without excessive protective packaging like some places do. My parcel also included some samples which were a pleasant surprise. Recommend!
