We are being told it will take 15 weeks for the tile to be produced and arrive. We are in the middle of a renovation with a completely demoed bathroom. We can not wait for 15 weeks. There is no way our tile is even in production! We asked to cancel and we evven asked to replace it with a product they have in stock and were told no! Buyer BEWARE.

I can’t imagine these 1-star reviews as I had a seamless experience with Zia Tile. 1-2 week lead time was accurate and clearly communicated. Tile arrived intact and with helpful instructions for installers.

8-12 week wait time just for them to send the wrong tiles and told I couldn't send them back or offer no compensation. All I was told was "hope you can use them in a future project"

The tile itself is attractive and fairly priced, but the service experience was truly unacceptable. As a professional designer, I placed a paid overnight rush order and provided my FedEx account to ensure same-day turnaround. The shipment arrived on time—but it contained a completely incorrect product.

I notified the company immediately, including a Saturday voicemail and a Monday morning follow-up. Despite the urgency and the simplicity of the correction, there was no actionable response and no indication that anyone was working to resolve the issue in a timely manner- despite the obvious rush order that it was. It has now been more than 63 hours since speaking with the trade team on Monday morning, and the replacement still has not shipped. I have been given many excuses about difficulty in repackaging a box and I have been told I am a priority multiple times. Actions speak volumes, but this companies professionals have not figured that out at this point.

What makes this even more ironic, is that we had placed a separate order the following day—one that required palletizing due to its size—was processed and is already scheduled to arrive tomorrow before the small overnight order they mishandled. This clearly reflects a breakdown in communication, workflow, and customer care.

These delays have created significant cost and disruption for my client and myself as well as our timeline. If reliability, accountability, and basic follow-through matter to you, I would strongly recommend looking to another vendor. Most of the time a better price does not mean good service.

Lousy customer service
I made an order where they indicated 9 weeks and it's been 16 weeks and still nothing.
On their site last week it was marked in stock and today 2 weeks to be sent.

I wanted a statement yet classy fireplace, and the highball tile from Zia Tile definitely fit the bill! Super happy with the product and shipping - ordered 50 tiles and not a single tile was cracked or damaged.
