I cannot thank enough the best mortgage advisor - Aditi Sinha - for helping us to buy our first home.Aditi's professionalism,thoroughness and personal approach made the impossible become possible for us.She helped us to overcome countless obstacles and I would wholeheartedly reccomend Aditi ,even if you feel hopeless by lack of possibilities and don't know where to start your journey.I learnt a lot during the process and I truly admire Aditi's skills,knowledge but most of all her kindness.

We have been dreaming for years to finally get onto the property ladder, but our annual self-employed incomes and the house prices in Greater London were far apart from each other.Even after savings of 10-15% for deposit we were turned down by many other firms and advisors.They kept repeating that we do not have enough income for the mortgage needed, and that we should wait and increase our yearly income which was not a viable option having two children and working already long hours.
