Working with the ZipperAgent support team has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From day one, they positioned themselves as true partners in our real estate project, demonstrating an outstanding ability to bring our vision to life — particularly during the critical early stages of our new development, Sterling Sand Village.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company so far. Pam, my sales agent, made numerous promises that have not been fulfilled. One of the biggest issues is that they don’t monitor or properly close out transactions, which means my listings aren't accurately reflected ony own website. As a result, I lost an $800,000 listing after the seller researched my website and saw multiple listings showing over 250 days on market—when in reality, those homes had closed months ago. Zipper Agent never updated or closed them out properly.
Worse yet, my own listings are not even featured on my website, while sold properties that weren’t mine are being displayed as if they were. I close nearly 175 properties a year, and not one of them appears on the website they manage for me.
To make matters worse, they had me mistakenly listed on two websites as the agent for other markets in completely different states. Despite multiple requests for a callback and investigation, I’ve received nothing but vague emails saying the issue is being worked on.
The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Their customer service is non-existent, and they show zero regard for the reputation of the agents they claim to represent. If I don’t hear from someone directly by Monday, my next step will be contacting my attorney.

UPDATE - 2/20/2025 I had a good conversation with Zipper Agent to go over my concerns. A lot of good information was passed back and forth. I understand the backend of the site much better now and I even got some great tips on how to customize their weekly blog posts! It seems that the problem I was having was based on communication and it appears it was a one time occurrence. The communication since has been much better. (I'm glad everyone is feeling better!) I really do like the Zipper Agent platform. They are adding new things to the platform! I plan to stay with them and continue to learn about lead generation and SEO. I also found out that they have the upgraded ChatGPT built in to our back end! There is a SMS feature which I did not know about. Overall, it was a good call and I am happy that we spoke! 1/26/2025 - I built a website with Zipperagent in the middle of 2024. I prepaid for 1 year. It took at least a month to build it out and have it go live. I had 2-3 sessions with out of country individuals and there was a language barrier. I have had no traction. No visits etc. I asked about SEO and was told they use Yoast. No idea who that is. I have tried to use the blog feature and cannot get it to work. I have called 3 times and emailed 4-5 times without a response. The website does what I want it to do for the most part. I can't get an answer on how to use the blog feature or if there are landing pages. I am becoming very frustrated. Its been well over 24 hours with no response from Zipperagent support. 2/12/25 - communication is still poor. Support said they would fix my SEO. 6 days later nothing. 2/20/2025 - THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN EXPLAINED AND I NOW HAVE A TIP TO CUSTOMIZE. I looked at the blogs they push on my behalf. The SEO is Red or Orange. The readability is often green. I am learning how to optimize. I guess you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!
