Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. The first mailing did not make it. I reached out to Ziverdo expecting nothing more than a "sorry that's the risk you took." Instead, they offered me a full refund or to ship it again. I asked for them to try again and it made it! There was no hesitation on their part to do what they could to get me these life-saving meds. They are in this for the right reasons. I took a risk not knowing if this was a scam. It is not. They are a trusted resource to order medications. I would do it again!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience in such a powerful and detailed review. We are profoundly grateful for your words and, more importantly, for your trust.
We were genuinely sorry to hear the first shipment didn't make it, and we completely understand the concern that can cause. Your feedback about what you expected versus the support you received means everything to us. Our core principle is to always stand by our customers; leaving someone with a lost order is simply not an option for us. Our commitment is to ensure you receive the products you need, and we will always do what it takes to make that happen.
To hear you say we are "in this for the right reasons" is the highest compliment we could ever hope to receive. Our mission is to be a reliable and trusted resource, and your review is a wonderful affirmation of that goal.
We are absolutely thrilled that the second shipment arrived safely with you. Thank you again for your patience and your trust in Ziverdo Kit Store. It means the world to us, and we are here for you whenever you need us.

The customer service is excellent!
The customer service is excellent and their communication with me has been 5 star all the way! My order took 5 weeks and I was so worried because my brother ordered and received his in two and half weeks. I found out there are suppliers in several cities so that was the delay. I would definitely order from Ziverdo kit store without hesitation. They are first class in responding by email. The kit arrived just in time and worked miraculously in a day.
