I have been with Zoca for the last three years. I am a braider and they are my only marketing company. Over the last three years, I have increased my clientele through them, they have helped me get more reviews and the customer support is great!

Last week, I received a cold call from a Zoca salesperson (Indian woman with a very thick accent). When I asked if she was selling something, she said no. I then asked if she was offering a service, and she confirmed yes. Since I couldn't understand her and had no idea what Zoca offered, I politely declined. Small businesses get these calls ALL the time, and I had a patient waiting.

I looked up Zoca online afterward and discovered they don't post pricing publicly—hardly transparent for a marketing company.

Today, she called again. I explained that I had already tried social media marketing for 9 months with zero new patients, and I'm currently working with the local Small Business Association on my web presence. She spoke over me the entire time, making communication impossible.

Even if Zoca offers competent services, their salesperson completely turned me off. Poor sales training and aggressive tactics lose customers.

Horrible company. Do not give them your money. Did not see much growth. They say you can cancel anytime and you tell them you’re done and they don’t listen, give you the runaround. They do not take no for an answer. Lesson learned, stay away.

I signed up for zoca because they said they could improve my google position and get me more clients. Completely false. Giant waste of money. When you want to cancle they won't even cancle it..they make you do these stupid zoom calls and pressure you to stay. There is zero benefit to zoca. Zero stars if possible.

Zoca company is fake. It’s a scam. There is no result at all. They just push you to stay. All the reviews are fake because if you go to Google, you don’t see any marketing Zoca where you can write a review. Who wrote these reviews? AI wrote these reviews. Stay away from this app. It’s fake, it’s not real, it’s 100% a scam. Trust me.

The good news is that you can receive all your money back by disputing this company. The bank will send you all the money because you have evidence to show that this app is fake.

The lady took her time and met my needs when asked to do she went back and fixed her mistake. There was 100% respect in this building. She didn’t keep stoping and taking breaks.

Zoca is a terrible company which now won't leave us alone. We hired them to see if they can help instead of using groupon but they did not do anything at all except keep billing us. After we asked them to end our contract, they kept transfering us to someone else. We ended up blocking the transactions to get them to stop charging us. Today, they keep cqlling, texting, and emailing to come back to them. After many times of telling them we are not interested, we had to resort to threatening a lawsuit against them. They still call us and won't leave us along.
