I placed a order for two chairs and I still have received my chairs and no refund

FRAUD!!!! when they say it to good to be true believe it. I place an order for two of their rocking chairs price at $19.95 on 8/27/20. I received confirmation and a link to track my order. I went to check on my order 10/12/20 and the link for tracking my order and the website store Zoiya are gone. This a fraudulent company, check and triple check before placing an order thru Facebook adverstisement.

As in many previous reviews, I purchased 2 chairs and got a confirmation email on 8/13/2020. To this date, I have not received any product from this company. Unfortunately, they were selling this product at an impossible price. I have seen them recently listed for $59.99 on a number of other websites. This is most definitely a major scam! Do not attempt to buy anything off of Facebook because none of the vendors are vetted at all. Facebook only wants their money from the advertising. They don’t care about your money.

August 8th i ordered and never recieved, my disabled son is so upset as he had me order, and i emailed and emailed and nothing BIG SCAM.

Website offered discount if order placed in next two days. I did get the 5% discount on my order of 3 chairs. Website indicated would ship as soon as payment received. Debited made to my account asap. Got confirmation email. However I was too excited and made purchase too fast because further reading it stated would ship 14-18 days. I waited. Sent emails to which I got no replies. A little more digging I should have known better because the website had the reclining chairs and off the wall paintings for sale only. Plus no contact numbers nor physical address. It did suggest making payments through PayPal so that any disputes you could get your money back.
I rate this company Zoiya.shop OR ZOETA a big fat ZERO STARS!!!!

I ordered 2 chairs on Aug 11. They debuted my credit card and sent an email confirmation. Nothing since and no chairs. Every time I try to contact them I get an error message that the website is no longer valid. HUGE SCAM!!!!

Does anyone have a mailing address for ZOIYA ?

SCAM order 2 swinging camp chairs Aug 9, 2020. Chair $ 19.99 each. Sent several emails - no response. Never received chairs. Disputed with my bank, they are investigating case. Already received a credit to my account!

They took my money on September 4th and have not responded to any of my emails. I am out 40 dollars and it appears there is absolutely nothing I can do about it, since they don't respond and have no phone number to reach them at! Order from Amazon even though they are more expensive at least Amazon is a reputable business!

Beware they have now changed there name to ZOETA! This is a SCAM

They are horrible u call and say 1 word they don't wanna hear they hang up on u.... they steal your money....

On August 26th. I ordered (2) chairs and I have not received an email nor have I received my chairs, but my money was deducted out of my account.

Scam!! Scam!! Scam!!! Do not order! Just like all the other reviews I ordered 2 camping chairs in early August!! I paid, receipt was emailed saying order is placed and then nothing! No chairs!! No correspondence!! Nothing!! Lesson learned!!! Zoiya is a complete rip-off!!!

Order swinging chairs. Went back to check on order site gone. Called the number 1-607-214-3005 that someone said was there number. Called and no answer, a few minutes later my phone rang, Somebody called Joey on phone. Asked for a refund ASAP, puts me on hold for a few minutes comes back and asks me to go a web site to fill out a refund form. Said refund form is "Team Viewer" DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT, they will scan your computer for information. They might try a different site next time.do not listen to them. I refused to download the team viewer and he got mad and said than I can't get my refund. I called him every name in the book and the little jerk(not what I want to call him) mimiced everything I said or called him till I hung up. BEWARE BEWARE. Wish you had a red star that says Beware, a one star is too good for them.

They take your money, you don't receive products and they don't answer back emails. There is no phone number to call. I don't even want to give one star, should have researched them better. Turning them in to Better Business Bureau for scamming people.

Like many others, I ordered 2 swing chairs as gifts. They got my money but don't respond to emails or phone calls. Domain is up for sale. Looks like same thing is happening at their new scam shop.

I’d rather give them no stars. This company is horrible. I ordered August 15, never received my chairs and Sept 25 yet they took my money out of my account with no problem. They will NOT respond to their email so don’t bother trying. No one answers their phone and by reading some reviews I’m glad I haven’t spoken to them.

Scam!! Don't pay these people! They don't send the product!! I paid for 2 rocking camp chairs over the summer and not only did they not send them, they didnt even respond to my request for an update!! Website says order will be sent within 2 days, it's been over 3 months and nothing!!

Elaborate scam!! I ordered the swing chair, never received it, no response to email then I called the phone number I saw in this review site and got really scammed. Man with a foreign accent (chinese?) said he would refund my money and got me on my computer which he set up screen share and looked through my accounts while distracting me with writing down phony referee numbers. I gave him the security code on my credit card (stupid!!) and he started charging on it right away until I cancelled my card. BEWARE!
