I decided not to have the vacuum but they would not refund me the money and said that if I did send it back I could have 8% of the price and be liable for the postage and packing back to china. do not use this company

I ordered a vacumn robot from this company end of March but decided quite quickly, since I did not receive information about when I would receive the order that I no longer wanted the product as is my right under UK law. They ignored my request regarding cancelling the order aaking me to be patient. I sent several request to cancel the order and was told its in transit but when I receive it I should try it and if I dont like it then they will let me know how to return it. I informed them that I no longer want the product and will refuse the delivery. They had opportunities to advise me of returning the goods instead the goods have been retuned via the return address on the package and they have advised to refund only half my money. This is ridiculous since I do not have the goods and they will not give me a full refund. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will scam you and keep your money. I will not stop until I receive a full refund but please everyone do not put yourself in this position where a company is willing to keep your money Please do not buy from this company.

Following allegedly glowing online recommendations I purchased x 2 of these products. For ground and first floor at my property

1) Only x1 unit arrived

2) The package had clearly been damaged and punctured and the product inside was obviously damaged too

3) customer services would not reply to emails to either the damaged item or where the 2nd product was

4) The item purchased was a generic product labelled “Robot Vacuum” it was not a Zonelia branded item

5) An interrogation of the “Zonelia”website reveals this is a company based China not European as stated in the review.

6) The customer is expected to pay return postage of £50 per item + 20% “re-stock charge and another 15% if the item has been used. Absolutely staggering.

Essentially this company is clearly a total scam.

I will now be contacting my credit card company to implement charge back

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We ordered a robot vac. It took 2 weeks to arrive. We charged it up fully and sent it round our living room. All it did was spread the dirt instead of lifting it. We have sent multiple emails, including videos of it not picking up. Now the are not responding at all. Terrible purchase, worse customer service and it's looking like we've quite simply been ripped of for what I earn in a week! If you've ordered anything, cancel payment and cancel order. Pretty sure it's a scam. Will know very soon. Edit. Since none of our emails are being answered any more, we have contacted our bank which has refunded our money. Its out of our hands now. Except for the useless ornament taking up space in our house.
