I couldn't understand why they were telling me this, I searched for help all I heard was $2500-$3000. I tried doing it on my own, I sent a letter very confrontational I had pushed back 😂. 9 months later I came across your template I followed your template two days later I was reinstated. What I realized you have to play their game on their platform. I just wanted to thank you once again for putting out the information FREE of charge. Respectfully Nation

I couldn't operate my Amazon business without this toolset. ZonGuru is the complete package and includes everything from Keywords, Listing Alerts, Listing Optimization, and even product research. Customer service is fantastic too!
I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!

Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.
I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.

Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially.
Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund.
Many reviews across the web with the same experience.
My recommendation:
Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.

Absolutely amazing. Made a big change in my life. I heard of Zonguru from veronica and Chris from Conquer.Amz Austraila academy.
Beware to configure your credit card. I signed up with the plan and they charged double and refused to re-fund. Very poor customer satisfaction as i am planning to take this further. I would suggest not to congifure your credit card as they keep on increasing the charges and withdraw without permision.

I want to share my recent experience with configuring my credit card for a service. Unfortunately, I faced significant issues that have left me dissatisfied and prompted further action. I strongly advise against configuring your credit card with this company due to unexpected double charges and their refusal to provide a refund.
In the past, I have never encountered a situation where the agreed-upon amount was exceeded without my consent when configuring my credit card for online services.
In this case, I was billed an excessive amount, exceeding 65% of the agreed-upon sum, after configuring my credit card. This percentage increase is far beyond acceptable limits, considering the trust placed in them to handle my card details.
After noticing the issue, I requested a refund the next day, but the company showed a lack of professionalism in their response. It was also frustrating that their email communication often ended up in my spam folder.
Based on my experience, I urge caution when dealing with this company and advise thoroughly checking their emails if you have already configured your card.
Considering their attempt to seek public justification without any remorse, I suggest others be cautious as well.
Thanks for your offer ! Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to this regrettable experience.

Perfect communication, really high level of professional expertise and excellent customer care policy.
I was on free trial. And afrer free trial they deducted payments for full year. Which I haven't sign up.
I need to cancel full yr subscription.
It is q great tool but I am beginner anf can't afford $452 right now. I inform them but no contact so far.

I find the online help very useful. Apart from that have had no issue looking for product. Online training collides with my work roster therefore thus setting me back.
I'm currently on the free trial and really like how easy it is to use.

My listing wasn't doing well, so I use the listing optimizer tool. start selling. I will recommend it to anyone who is not doing well or starting up on Amazon.
