Superior Cacao. Excellent Service.
I have been buying Canada Cacao Company's cocoa mass, nibs, cocoa butter, molds, melter and books since I started my keto fine chocolate business in 2020. Their cocoa is superior. Their service is excellent. I like that they are directly connected to the cacao farmers in their home country of Venezuela.

We work with multiple carriers and always choose the best available option for each area based on reliability and delivery times. That said, we have also received complaints from different carriers, including UPS and FedEx. Unfortunately, delivery handling and pickup requirements are not something we can control 100%.
That said, we really appreciate your feedback. For future orders, you are welcome to leave a note at checkout requesting FedEx as your preferred carrier, and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
