Case finish disintegrated!
After only 6 months Indoor use (about an hour a day) the case started to disintegrate.
Raised a warranty claim
Was asked to return it to the Netherlands at my cost.
The case was purchased on their co.uk website
I pointed out that under UK consumer goods act 2015 that they were responsible for the return costs of faulty goods.
Only for all emails then to be ignored
Case is not fit for purpose and certainly not a premium product as advertised
My last mainstream iPad case lasted 7 years, I will be returning to that brand

J’étais très content de la coque pendant 1 an à peu près, puis celle ci s’est détériorée au niveau de la couverture pliable. Le cuir ou ce qui passe pour du cuir se décolle au niveau des angles et notamment au niveau du cran qui permet de l’ouvrir (l’endroit le plus sollicité). C’était assez léger au début donc je ne m’en suis pas soucié et j’ai laissé passer la période de garantie (l’usure n’est pas couverte d’ailleurs et ça n’aurait probablement pas été remboursé/échangé).
Étant malgré tout satisfait du produit j’ai regardé pour remplacer avec un neuf, j’ai été surpris en me rendant sur le site de Zugu de voir que les tarifs européens étaient 50% plus chers que les tarifs américains, et qu’en plus de payer moins cher, les américains bénéficient d’une assurance sur leur iPad qui seront réparés si endommagés par un choc.
Bref nous sommes des bons moutons français/européens pour eux, j’ai contacté la marque qui a daigné m’offrir une réduction de 15% suite à leurs explications bancales sur la différence de prix (le transport…).
Pigeon une fois mais pas deux, bravo pour le beau produit bien quali, mais honte à vous de la manière dont vous traitez vos clients européens.

This company primarily builds high quality cases for Apple iPads. My first experience with them was VERY positive with a 2022 iPad Pro. Best case! So, of course when I upgraded to the new 2024 M4 IPad Pro that had been long rumored, and was originally planned to release in March of 2024, and pushed to May of 2024….I jumped on day 1 to get mine. The next purchase I jumped at was my Zugu case. But, to my surprise….Zugu didn’t have one ready. Not on Amazon, not on their site. They didn’t seem to even know about the new IPad. They weren’t even taking preorders. I wrote their customer service, and at first they treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about, and eventually got a little more honest, and said they were working on them. Other retail case makers had them available day 1. Finally 2 weeks after iPad release, Zugu had a preOrder event….with shipping almost 2 months later, in mid July…..CRAZY…..and do you think since I wrote them so many times about my displeasure and my long time patronage, they offered me a discount or anything like that?……NOPE. Just a passive apology. Crazy bad service. And truthfully, if their product wasn’t so heads and shoulders above all of their competitors, I’d have given them the finger and moved on. It sucks, and they know it, that’s probably why they treat us customers the way they do.
