Sadly I have been told it is now Chinese company.and told very deceitful to deal with.
When it was American I was buying from them and no issues..i haven't bought for over 3 years now,went in to do a trust pilot only to find it has bad reviews now, sad to hear.

Poor materials do not reflect photos and the sizing is ridiculous. Returns are pointless after the costs and things were not even true to color represented.
Big regret and waste of money.

I just can't figure out why Americans continue to buy clothing from China. Every single website has bad reviews about refunds, poor quality clothing, shipping costs...no reply..... I can't speak for other countries -but as for America -- we should all know by now China is not our friend! They post clothing that looks awesome with cheap prices. When you get the clothing, it doesn't fit, or the material is cheap...they do this all while laughing at our stupidity. Read reviews before you purchase. Don't shop outside the U.S. if you expect the Constitution to apply to you.

Zulilly is fantastic! They have a variety of items; mainly clothing (men, women and children), accessories and household items but also have a huge selection of other stuff. New inventory is added every couple days. The savings are great; especially on name brand items. Don’t be afraid to try brands you aren’t familiar with; you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Ladies; I highly recommend Suzanne Betro and Amato Rizi. I’ve found the sizes to be accurate and I’m happy with the quality. Customer service is the best out there; returns are easy. I’ve had a couple items get lost in transit over the years (no fault of Zulilly’s), I let customer service know, order was cancelled, refund was prompt and they told me to keep the item if the order happened to show up. I’ve received the wrong item a couple times; they promptly sent out the correct item and told me to keep what I received in error for my inconvenience. Pretty impressive. Call center is located in the U.S. (Seattle, Wa. I believe); much appreciated.
The housewares selection and savings are amazing! I’ve been very happy with the quality. Added bonus; great selection of convenience gadgets you never knew you needed; toothpaste and lotion dispensers, storage containers, etc.
Shipping is clearly explained on the site as is return policies; please be responsible in familiarizing yourself with them before complaining. If you have further questions, customer service has excellent hours and I’ve never experienced a wait time.
For reference purposes; I’m 54yrs old. 5’4” 135lbs. Size 9 shoe. Higher income professional. Executive/professional style a must at work. Polished /casual style preferred for non work time. Decor preferences are; shabby chic, rustic, ethnic, antique, industrial and boho.
I have spent nearly $20,000.00 on Zulilly in the last few years. It’s my main go to for clothing and housewares.

I never opened an account and yet I get an email. The email about about someone accessing my account in Germany and I am in North America. I tested the site by changing my password directly on their site (I did not trust the email). Oddly enough I indicated a name (initials) to check if they acknowledge the change. They did however, it only says "Hello there" (this is a red flag of any site, they should acknowledge your name, in my case initials).

Also, there is nowhere on the site that allows me to cancel the account nor is there a general email to send a message too.

Another one of those likely bogus Chinese websites. Those favourable reviews on the internet, likely bogus as well.

Every review on Trust Pilot is negative. This company is a China based company, and they All are Deceitful, go by 3-4 Different names. Show pictures of beautiful clothes but the picture look nothing like what you get. They also play games with their customers with returning items making it very difficult to get your money back! You will never get a receipt in your order, they are a total Scam! Avoid this company and check for reviews Before you Buy Every Time!!!! It will save you a lot of Hell and Misery!!!

Called to ask if a previous item could be located in an older order and the person on phone seemed put out and bothered with several loud sighs. Sorry I even wasted my time calling for help from them

After I had placed one order with Zulily, their website offered me $10 off on another order, if I placed it the same day. I did this, but the $10 credit did not appear on the order. I called Zulily customer service and was assured that if I went ahead with placing the order, the credit would be given. Based on this assurance, I placed the second order that day. Still, no $10 credit, but only another form that said that I would have to submit to finally get my $10 credit. Weirdly, it required that I provide the expiration date for my Zulily credit card, WHICH HAS NO EXPIRATOION DATE, and it would not let me submit it without that date. Again I called Zulily customer service and explained to 5hem the whole "catch 22 situation" that they had put me in. ANNOYINGLY, they required me to send them an e-mail explaining the entire situation in written detail, and include a screen shot of the offer for a $10 rebate. It took more than two hours of my time to comply, but I DID COMPLY FULLY AND COMPLETELY, detailing every step in the long process and submitting a screen shot of the IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE FORM that told me I would have to submit to finally get my $10.rebate.

Days later, I got an E-mail from Zulily that told me that their problem resolution center had DECIDED NOT TO HONOR the offer that THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT had ASSURED me that ZULILY WOULD HONOR, if I just completed the second order..

Obviously, ZULILY IS A COMPANY THAT LACKS EVEN A BASIC SENSE OF RIGHT AND WRONG OR OF JUST AND DECENT TREATMENT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Bought a few things from zulily. Some turned out as expected, others didn't. I contacted them and they offered a hassle free return. Prompt responses to emails and excellent customer service. Because of this I will continue to purchase from zulily.

I’ve been purchasing on Zulilly for well over a year and I’m very pleased. Customer service is the best. Great selection of clothing for the entire family plus accessories, household items, seasonal items, food, cosmetics and other beauty items, things for your car, gardening items plus much much more. There is literally new merchandise daily. Many name brands. Everything I’ve ordered has been great quality. Clothing and shoes are true to size. Prices are unbeatable. Just a couple things to know...items can go quickly but I’ve found many items become available again in a short time. Other items don’t. Shipping takes awhile but, considering all the positives, it’s worth the wait but something to consider if you need an item right away.

Very slow in shipping. Most items are pretty good, consider what you pay. But I have ordered a few times.

The clogs I purchased were described as being latte in color. I looks like someone actually spray painted them gold and did a lousy job of it. I will not go back.

If u can get to the site before things disappear, then u get great deals. I recently started w/ them and I’m hooked. Have been wanting to try JBU sandals for awhile now and thanks to Zulily I bought some - for me and as a birthday gift for daughter in law. Recently received a light weight anorak jacket and was surprised when I felt the quality and noticed the brand name. Price was too good! Only thing I wish- is that delivery was faster. But-worth the wait!!!

I am too big for a medium size so I purchased 4 lg tunics from zulily the top fits but they are way too long...they fit like a knee length dress. They won't accept any returns

I have been pleasantly really happy with this site .... some of their sizes are a little out of what the size charts say but on the whole the clothing has been great quality and I'm very happy.
I shop online for 98% of everything and I did have doubts to start with ... but honestly the customer service has been great ... the few pieces that did not fit I simply took photo's and sent them thru - they answered within hours and a refund was processed within hours after that.
Just watch the sizes ....

I love Zulily! They have fresh, trendy items in a range of prices. I bought $5 kids shoes that are well worth the money. I buy their $10 dresses and $15 sweaters all the time. They wash well and hold their shape and I get lots of complements on them. I've bought several of the $29 quilts. They are thin but that's what we're looking for. The drawback is the length of time to receive the items so be prepared to wait.

Ok, but watch quality of products. Not always up to par.
