I ordered shoes back in October. According to my tracking the shoes were never received at UPS. I have reached out to customer service about 10x. Customer service is USELESS. They keep telling me, I am not giving them the correct order information, but I am. It pulls up on their website for me every time. Don’t shop here!
I was sent the wrong size, in a damaged box, which arrived over 10 days late and my return is under review, even though I paid extra for free returns! Seriously, this company has got to be kidding!
I ordered two pairs of Birkenstock. After over a week when I didn’t hear that the order shipped I started reading all the reviews and started to worry that my order will never arrive. After contacting the company and wells Fargo my ordered shipped the next day and just arrived. I received both Birkenstocks. The only thing I will recommend that next time Zulily should reach out to the customers and notify them of long processing times. I love my new boots.
Ordered Airpods and Beats in August, delivered the Airpods in October, multiple (more than 10 email exchanges) offering help, a human to call, and and and… then silence into November, finally had to request the credit card issuer to reclaim the $169.99 from Zulily… truly the worst online shopping experience and the level of disinterest and incompetence was crazy.. actually felt for a time they had just taken our money and we would never see it again. Was with the old Zulily and it was fab. This is a far cry from that.. will never use it again and would warn people to be very careful… indeed.
Website is easy to navigate, they offer high quality items, reasonable return period. Despite being informed in writing returns and exchanges within 15 days are free regardless of purchasing shopping protection fee I was charged an almost 10 dollar exchange fee. The website is good if you already know exactly what you want and have a good idea of the fit and quality of the item you’ll be receiving. In my case I’m familiar with Birkenstocks however this specific style I ordered def ran large and was nearly 2 cm different in length. I’d say you will get the item described on the website at a good price however if you need to return or exchange items that’s when you run into subpar customer service.
Hard to unsubscribe from email. Great prices and reasonable shipping time.
Just know this site has NO type of customer service. If you pay- just know you aren’t able to return the item even if it’s wrong or mislabeled on the site!
I ordered the shoes realized they were the wrong size. I was told by support to wait until i receive them than I can return or exchange them. Once I received the shoe I am now told I can’t exchange or return them. Every bad business practices.
I was so happy with these dresses. They are well made, beautiful colors and terrific fit.
I promptly returned shoes that did not fit and they were received back on your end. I have yet to receive a refund to my credit card.
Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on 11/3/25, item label was created on 11/5/25 with a scheduled delivery on 11/8/25. Item never made it to USPS. Zulily states that item was tendered to USPS, but USPS has never received?? After 2 weeks and no proof of shipping I asked for a refund and Zulily refused. Stay away, they do not ship ordered items.
I spent the extra money on return protection. It's been 2 weeks since I sent my return and I'm still waiting on my refund. I have emailed the company multiple times and they say I haven't even initiated a return yet. I've replied every time with proof of my return but then I get no response at that point.
Still waiting to be credited for my return I sent back 3 weeks ago!!!
Was sent a different size than what I ordered. No customer service number. Requested refund and expedited exchange. Sent wrong shoes back and still waiting for refund-they received it on 10/25. Ordered the right size again on 10/17 and they have still not shipped. Trying to cancel this order now. Only way to communicate is via email and it takes days for a response . Horrible experience. Will not be using this company again.

The women's were for me but I will have difficultly wearing for sports because they fall off. I contacted Zulily and got a canned response that I could return defective items or pay a restocking fee. I wouldn't call the sunglasses defective, but I would call the ad deceptive.
It took 2 months to get some of the items I ordered. Customer service didn’t answer back for a week at a time. 1 item didn’t fit and 2 weeks later haven’t received a credit and they want to charge me for returning an item that ran small. I won’t order and cannot recommend anyone order anything from this company. Terrible experience all around.
