it seems like I am the first person to…
it seems like I am the first person to use this loan provider while going to LIFT academy. They didn't understand that my school certifies the loan 2 weeks prior to the start date. When I tried to clear up the situation myself I had to call ZuntaFi who was incredibly hard to get a hold of. When I finally did get a hold of someone over the phone I explained the situation, I was put on hold and then hung up on.

Simplified Process
Super easy to get the funds for flight school. Loan officer worked with me to correct the funding amount when I had to increasing the funding amount.

I am on disability and have been since…
I am on disability and have been since 2017. The interest is higher than the principal balance. I told them I had documentation to prove my disability. They say there is nothing we can do. I am sick of this company they are loan sharks And do not care about anyone.

For the most part it was very easy to understand and follow. I appreciate the way in which this was done, however, I would have preferred a bit more explanation as to what was needed and a more clear sign of acceptance prior to my school telling me so. That said I still had a very good experience.
