Fast and easy to use

Perfect service, quick car delivery, very pleased and definitely recommend.

Pressured me to make a 5* review whilst in the taxi on my return to the car park. I’d just got off a flight at 2am. I was tired and didn’t need to be pressured. For all I know my car could have been scratched or anything. I give reviews after the service, not during.

Once at the carpark, the same staff member (Saadi), hugged me??? Squeezed me?? & asked where my boyfriend was and if he could get to know me. I was travelling alone as a female, scared, its 2am and random men are trying to hug me and stop my car.

Quite possibly the weirdest situation I’ve ever been in.

Will never book again.

Couple of issues with the service which we have used before.

We thought (incorrectly) that it was pick up/drop off by the airport - rather than mid-stay (10 mins walk away). The marketing is purposefully not clear.

On arrival we then had to wait 32 mins for our driver to arrive. Missed the free 15 minutes slot and hence had to pay for parking, and had to send the family ahead as we were worried about missing check in.

Finally - was asked to complete the review there and then, e.g. when handed my car back, with pressure applied to fill it in straight away - clearly with the aim of getting a better rating with the driver stood watching.

Sadly will not use again.
