Shortly after launch, our infrastructure was targeted by a sophisticated backdoor attack which caused interruptions to account provisioning, payment verification, and customer communications. At the time of your purchase, our systems were impacted by an unexpected backdoor attack that disrupted automatic account creation and email notifications. Unfortunately, this resulted in some customers not receiving their credentials within our normal delivery timeframe.

The issue has since been resolved, and credentials were sent to all affected users. If you have not located them, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support so we can resend them immediately.

While the issue has since been resolved, some customers experienced delays in receiving credentials and onboarding information.
