Mr. Memory doesn't know the memory stuff it purports to know inside out

I had ordered RAM for my specific board. First, your prices were higher than the market for 1333Mhz DIMMs, but I thought that's okay since I'm getting the memory specifically targeted towards the motherboard I possess (the product listing stated clearly it was for the specific motherboard and guaranteed 100% comptaibility).

What I got after paying more than the price of 1333Mhz DIMMs was 1066Mhz DIMMs, so the price is clearly a rip-off. But to add serious insult to the injury, the memory did not work in the target motherboard and caused blue screens. I had to revert to the memory I had previously (less capacity) to get things working again! The tech support wanted to know from me what my compatible working RAM is!! This is what Mr. Memory must have known prior to selling the memory as compatible!!

I am currently in discussion with Mr. Memory about the not so compatible RAM I received, so have not had a final outcome yet.

With regards to pricing I can assure you we regularly check and compare our prices with competitors. The reason that the 1066Mhz speed are more in price is that they are harder to obtain and not as popular as 1333MHz.

I can confirm that we sent the correct memory for your motherboard specifications and I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing blue screens.
In this rare situation, the Customer Care & Support Team will always ask what the original memory on the board is, to ascertain whether a faster speed has been fitted.

After further communication with you, we have discovered that your machine takes the 1333MHz speed, so we have now arranged replacements for this. This motherboard can accept two speeds of memory, but as the modules sent did not work, it would indicate that the motherboard has been set to only run at the faster speed by the manufacturer, which can sometimes happen.
