£1k + of gym gear still not all delivered

I ordered over £1000 worth of gym equipment and I still haven’t received all of it. My 1st order was placed on 27th March and I have still not received all of my items. I have been sent half a squat rack and that was 2 weeks ago. I have had 2 very vague emails and not heard anything else since it has been over a week since I have had a response from fitness superstore and I have sent 5 emails with not one reply. Their phone lines are closed and they aren’t responding to emails anymore. Through this whole process I have had to constantly chase them to get a response. The products I have received are excellent but the customer service is the worst I have ever received. I am not sure what to do now as I cannot train properly with only half a rack and it seems nobody is going to get back to me. It’s such a shame as I was wanting to buy more Powertec products from fitness superstore but this experience has really put me off. I am still waiting for the other half of my rack but may in the meantime need to buy one elsewhere so Incan workout. This experience has been extremely stressful and I still have no idea where my rack is and when or if it will be delivered. I am going to speak to trading standards and seek legal advice.
