FAILED TO LOAD VIDEO..

FAILED TO LOAD VIDEO... Is all you will get for your subscription. How can PLUTO manage to have a perfect working app that always works, yet TVP always fails. It worked on Roku and was good but they can't get it together on Amazon for some reason.
