I accidentally dropped my phone on concrete, the screen cracked and the phone started doing its own thing.

I was in a rush between clients so I urgently needed the screen fixing or buy another phone, either way, I had to get my phone sorted on the day in case anyone needed to contacted me.
I was greeted by friendly staff, I told them I was in a rush and they advised they could put a new screen on my phone in 20 minutes.

They were very helpful, even though I was looking at new phones, they were more interested in doing what was best for me.
