Denied Day pass but still charged
Bought a Day pass online for £7.99 as I am staying in reading for the night , got given my code but my code was not getting accepted by the pods . Pushed the button by entrance for assistance multiple times but no one came . I then got a email saying my membership got denied or suspended however still had payment taken . Email told me to contact the gym manager however there is no contact number and no one was coming when I was pushing the button for assistance . So I didn’t have a gym session and lost £7.99
