Customer service was great…… had to…

Customer service was great…… had to wait a while as my product wasn’t in stock but customer services kept me updated …….. the downfall was dhl the courier 3 times they say they tried to deliver which was untrue ….£10.00 premium rate phone call trying to sort the courier as DHl would not respond to my chat or email they directed me to call … only when I got a call from Vodaphone to say my calls had cost over £10.00 did I realise primium charged phone call …. Avoid DHL like the plague opt for ups
