Starting donating because I thought they were a reputable organization. Even though I can't really afford to give. When I attempted to pause my donations because of financials problems I found there was no way to do so. I emailed them numerous times but they ignored me and continue to drain my bank account. The phone numbers they provide don't work. I'm going to have to close my debit card to stop them from continuing to take my money which is going to cause me all kinds of problems.

I'll never give to a UK charity again.

Everytime I close a debit card they attempt to debit my new debit card. How they are doing this neither I or the branch manager of my bank understands. The problem for me is, everytime their fraudulent charge is detected, my new debit card is closed and I have to wait a week for a new one. This has happened 3 times. Is this the behaviour of a charity? The bank manager says this is very unusual behaviour. Except for hackers.

I may have to close my bank account to stop this.
