Hoje fiz uma reserva para ir buscar um amigo ao hospital , e o unico veiculo que estava disponível , estava horrível ! Era só lixo , comida , cheiro a tabaco, beatos de cigarro , enfim uma vergonha ...
Este tipo de clientes deveriam ser proibidos de fazer reservas e serem-lhe cobrado o valor da limpeza .
