The showers are badly designed and filthy with pubic hair and fluffy because the shower spray does not reach the far side of the tray.
Could be simply rectified by adding a swivel nozzle instead of the fixed one.
You can't blame cleaners as the dirt accumulates the first time after cleaning, and it's not feasible to get the cleaners in after each use.
Bad management here. I could fix it myself in minutes. Guess it won't get changed. Pity.
