It was a pleasure dealing with this company right from the start. I ordered a OnePlus 12 in excellent condition, but in no fault on their part the billing system failed. This was purely down to my bank's system, not theirs.
They were extremely helpful and patient in overcoming the problem which was solved in a couple of hours.
The phone arrived the next morning and was indeed 'excellent' as described.
The price was excellent too, about £80 cheaper than any other refurbished sites could offer.
I was replacing the OnePlus 8 Pro urgently, but because of the great price it meant I could afford a proper phone immediately without wasting money on a cheaper model.
I would definitely recommend.
