I purchased Lay-Z-Spa Toronto AirJet Plus on June 25, 2025 for the price of £699.99. Delivery in: 2-7 days. I have not received the delivery yet. I have contacted many times by phone and email. I was promised that the delivery would be within two days of the call. Unfortunately, the situation repeated. So I requested a refund. So I received this information from the company (email): I'm arranging to send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. I'll keep you updated shortly.

Since your order #00000 was canceled before delivery, your refund should be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

How can you wait for a return confirmation? This is ridiculous. I still haven't received a return confirmation. I'll give them until tomorrow. Otherwise I'll report this to the police.
