It almost impossible to make a payment
It almost impossible to make a payment! Their online portal is trash! They cancelled me the day after I received the insurance and I had to call Marketplace to dispute. They gave my coverage back then I was locked out of the portal and couldn’t get anyone OTP. When I finally did speak with someone, come to find out the prior agent that I spoke with never reset my account. Once my account was reset after days of waiting for an email, they would only accept 1 payment at a time. The next month I was locked out of my acct. again. I had to literally mail in payment, which I sent 3 months worth of payments ahead to avoid the same headache. Then, when it was time to pay again my online acct.was locked again! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
