I went to this phone Mu myself a new phone I bought the iPhone 14 Pro in gold when he sold me the phone he seemed like a very nice guy. My bankcard had the spending limit on it so I couldn’t give him the full amount. I tried giving him £100 which did end up coming off my account. He then said anything that happened next wasn’t his fault and he was gonna be closing soon. It put a lot of pressure on me so I got in contact with my bank which proceeded not to work I managed to get my sister to pay in the extra 330 I owe him and he rushed to put a screen protector on it a case and gave me a very good deal. I was very happy and I felt it was a really good shot for me to go to once I ended up leaving and went home a couple days later I started to notice a couple of issues there was a chip on the back that started to progressively get worse. There was a bubble on the screen which I originally thought with the screen protector but as it got on my phone starting not to connect to any source of service the bubble then prevented me from typing and using the screen at all. I do not recommend going to this phone shop people get very impatient with you and if anything it’s just a scam is total reliability to get contact from these people after I tried to get a refund multiple times I’m going back down to Edinburgh to go to speak to the man who I originally spoke to and get a refund off of him. I take full responsibility for the back glass as I did break it.
