You paid 5 euros for shipping in your original order. When you return an item, you are refunded for that item. You are not refunded for the shipping because the shipping cannot be returned.

Also, when you return an item, one more shipping route is necessary. We charge 10 euros for return shipping, which is what the shipping label costs us.

It is always the customer who pays for shipping and return shipping. Companies that market ”free shipping” & ”free returns” have simply added that cost to the price of the product.

By being transparent and specifying what shipping costs are, we can direct those costs to those customers who give rise to the cost and spare that cost for those customers who do not.

Regarding pick-ups by FedEx. Having the return collected from your home is a premium service for those who want it. Customers can, of course, drop off returns themselves at a FedEx service point of their choosing.
