I updated the address info to include the buzzer number for the flat in the apt building, to make it easier for UPS to deliver. Instead, UPS.hu didn't deliver the package, when all did was add the intercom #. The receiver name nor address never changed. They also didn't just not deliver, they didn't update tracking info for over 24 hours. They did not contact in any way. I will NEVER EVER USE UPS in Hungary EVER AGAIN! WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Beyond horrible for medication I desperately need!!!
