Canadian's Beware!

If you are a Canadian, NEVER order from them. I did the sizing according to their site. When I ordered I was very much under the impression it was a Canadian site, but then I go to return them because they are way, way too small and it was a nightmare. The shipping company they use don't have a location in our City to ship them back I have to use Canada Post. The real kicker is that you have to return them to United States and the cost is $19 shipping at Canada Post and then they wanted an additional $26 because of the whole custom thing to ship to USA. Disappointing because the deluxe doggy leggings look like they would have been a great product if they actually sized correctly.

Walkee Paws is a U.S.-based company, though we do ship to Canada and many other countries. We always try to be transparent about this, but we recognize that international returns — especially across the U.S./Canada border — can be inconvenient and costly.

Customs and international return fees are unfortunately set by carriers and border agencies, not by us. We know those costs can feel excessive, and we sincerely wish we had control over them.

Regarding sizing, while our system works well for many dogs, we absolutely acknowledge that no single design fits every body type perfectly, and we’re continuously working to improve guidance and fit support to reduce situations like this.

Your feedback is important and has been shared internally — especially around clearer communication for Canadian customers and return logistics. We genuinely regret that this experience overshadowed what should have been a positive one, and we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations here.
