Terrible support

I ordered my litter box January 29, 2025. I loved it for the first few months until it stopped working properly. At first, I could fix it by resetting it or by unplugging it then plugging back in but eventually nothing worked and it would do nothing at all although all the lights were lit up. I tried the help videos with no success. I finally called the support number on January 26, 2025 (had to call several times as there was no answer nor any opportunity to leave a message) and spoke with woman who asked for the Amazon order number, which I gave her, and she said I would get an email with further instructions. When I didn’t receive an email I called back the next day and spoke with the same woman who again asked for the order number etc, and again said I would get an email. I still haven’t heard anything.
