Total scam! Was sent a sub standard piece of material w/ no heated system. Just a thin wrap around. When I contacted them, they did the stall tactics via email. When I complied w/ their requests and they assured me they’d make good, I sent photos of the crap I received at their request as well. Since then (12/25) till now (02/26) crickets. Now I see a BBB post warning of a scam which I wish I had seen prior. This was an expensive lesson learned for a Sr. to waste limited holiday cash on! I have since filed a detailed report on BBB scan page.
