Poor handling of defective product
I purchased a pair of trousers that were damaged after the first wash, despite following the care instructions. After initially rejecting my complaint, Eme Studios sent a replacement, acknowledging the defect.
I later received a sudden notice stating I would be charged because the damaged item had not been returned — without having received any prior reminders. Despite explaining this immediately, I was still charged without proper response.
I paid to avoid escalation, but this does not mean I accept liability. Very disappointing customer service and communication.
