Totally and utterly disappointed
Totally and utterly disappointed. I was not sure what to expect, but thought I would give you a try.
I was flabbergasted when a very small box came through my door. Then on opening I felt that I had been robbed.
Every one of the skeins had nots in, some more than one. What am I supposed to do with them apart from admire their colours. Absolutely waste of money and as I said a great disappointment.

Hello, I’m so sorry to hear this - I see you ordered the 10g mini skein box which includes 5 x 10g skeins so a total of 50gs of yarn- this is the smallest box I do - but if there was any yarn missing please let me know.
I’m super surprised to hear there were knots in the yarn - have you wound the skeins into balls yet? It may be that the knots you see are the ties on the skein to keep them from tangling.
Please send me some photos so I can amend this situation for you.
