I have a medical issue that I was hoping would not interfere with my ability to use this product, unfortunately, it did. What a shame because I loved it, it just caused pain due to my condition. I sent an email asking for a refund and received a very quick answer with return information, no questions asked. All correspondence was very pleasant and I was even reminded that my 90 days was soon running out and to try to get the return in transit within the week so I wouldn’t miss out. I couldn’t ask for anything more from the product or the service.
