Anyone reading this don’t buy a door or…

Anyone reading this don’t buy a door or frames from hurst the door won’t shut right, fensa has failed the door , the installer has been and measured it and will be sending you everything through Monday morning , you have now caused a delay to work and also the charity, the installer is not to blame it down to your poor manufacture of the door and frame

The matter was only recently brought to our attention, and we have now received the information from your installer. Our technical team is currently reviewing the measurements and details provided so we can understand what has occurred and determine the cause of the issue.

Situations like this are not representative of the standards we expect from our production. We manufacture over 25,000 composite doors each year, with quality and consistency central to our processes.

We are continuing to work with your installer while our review is underway and will take the appropriate steps once our investigation is complete.
