Delays and more delays and still no desk

Ordered a desk in January with the base being on "pre-order" for end of February.
Several "delays" later I'm now being told it's still delayed until the end of March.

I've now cancelled the order and need to waste my time waiting for the desk top to be collected as they sent that straight away despite there being no base.

Don't give them your money and shop elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm genuinely sorry for how your order played out. You're right to be frustrated.

The reality is we messed this one up. We opened pre-orders based on stock estimates that we couldn't meet, and instead of being upfront about delays early on, we kept pushing dates back. That's not fair to you, and I apologise for the poor communication throughout.

I also understand how absurd it must feel to receive the desktop weeks ago while waiting indefinitely for the base — and now having to deal with collection on top of everything else. We shouldn't have shipped the top separately without clarity on when the rest would follow. We're reviewing this process so customers aren't left with half a product and no timeline.

I know you've already cancelled, but I wanted to acknowledge the failure here and thank you for taking the time to call it out. It genuinely helps us improve.
