I paid for a 3 month subscription, and after seeing my card get repeatedly charged even after the 3 months I attempted to email multiple times to different rocket doctor accounts, and call every customer service number they have about what happened and why, so we can come to some sort of resolution, it has been over a week and there has been no response. TERRIBLE customer service. and in their cancellation policy they keep charging you until you specify that you want to cancel and you have to give 30 days notice.... wow. Beyond disbelief at the deception here. A three month subscription means 3 months. I cant even cancel on my account there is no option to. My merchant has been notified. Don't trust this company... go somewhere else
