Account manager saves the day
I have been using Solo Press for all my printing requirements for quite a few years now, I occasionally check out their prices with other on line printers but always find them very competitive.
Just recently I had a problem uploading some artwork, my initial thought was that the problem was caused by Solo Press but in the event it turned out my internet was not working properly. I contacted my account manager, Sinead Dargan who was outstanding in helping me sort out getting the artwork to SP and then arranging printing. It arrived a few days later up to the usual high standard.
Overall I'm very pleased with Solo Press, I don't think you can beat their prices, turn around or quality.
