Appalling service, ruined food, and impossible to contact a human!

I am absolutely furious with DHL eCommerce UK. I was expecting a parcel containing perishable food (Tracking: 60120237072135). It was collected on the 16th of March. On the 17th, the tracking completely lost the plot—showing as delayed, then out for delivery, and bizarrely 'delivered', all on the same day. Now, today on the 20th, it suddenly updates to say it's 'at the delivery depot'!
Because of this unacceptable 4-day delay and sheer incompetence, the food is now completely ruined. To make matters worse, I called customer service yesterday. I was promised a callback to explain this mess, which, unsurprisingly, never happened.

What is truly disgraceful is that DHL makes it deliberately impossible to file a formal complaint. There is no complaint form anywhere on their website, and their WhatsApp is just a useless auto-reply bot sending you round in circles. You cannot treat people's property like this and then hide behind automated systems. I expect someone from the escalation team to contact me immediately.
