Bought bathroom suit and had to send the shower screen back as it wasn't the right size , that was a month ago after a week got an email confirming the return and I will get the refund with in few days , now is 3 weeks gone and I had to call twice and every time more than 25 minutes on the phone for someone to answer the phone and still haven't got the refund.
