Rude & unhelpful

Awful staff at Medivet in Wisbech, UNHELPFUL, UNCARING,
As a registered charity solely run dedicated volunteers we are there to help animals in need and 90% of vets are happy to work with us and we do the same in return, Sadly Medivet being the other 10% are not, you cost us a lot of running about for nothing when you could have given us there information, we are not a member of the public we are a registered charity.
No thanks to you but we will get the Stafford sorted and given the veterinary care needed, it could have happened a lot quicker if you had have been more helpful instead of obstructing things,

Sadly not happy with service this time,

Sadly not happy with service this time,
I placed my order after 10 days had to chase order via email to get an email back saying only part of the prescription was received , that should have been picked up on the day received and we should have had an email asking to resend, this didn’t happened l had to chase first ,

Sadly failed to upload our…

Sadly failed to upload our website...Kept getting told different stories as what to do.....Support staff don't have a clue after 3 days of trying to get our website up and running moved to another hosting company and website was up and running within 5 minutes

i wouldn't recommend this company at all

Hi Chris,

I'm sorry to hear your experience with our support team wasn't up to our usual standard.

There is a number of reasons why a migration can run into difficulties or even fail. I understand that communicated during the process was not up to scratch and for that I apologise.

Awful service,

they collected a parcel on friday the 20th July which should have been delived on Monday the23 and guess what the parcel landed at the wrong depo and they have now lost it, l have raise a complaint and they have failed to do anything, so l have sent off my paperwork to take them to the small claims court

YODEL YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF

Excellent

We booked a 6 seater and were very pleased with service the vehicle was spotless and the drivers on the journeys were very polite and helpful, l will be using the service again and will also be telling others to do as well
