Indepth Experience and Knowledge with good Products

Sam Deakin attended the inspection for damp noticed on an inside gable end wall.
The equipment used was extensive and impressive and we quickly found the various problems and they were clearly pointed out to me and what needed to be done to full rectify the problems.
A clear quotation for the various areas of work was given and payments for the work over a period if necessary.
An impressive guarantee was also there for any work done.
Impressive information on the clearance of mould particles appearing in the rooms affected was given showing the use of a machine which the company had developed for detection purposes.
All in all a very well run survey by Sam as their surveyor.

My memory check

My memory check was a series of questions using letters numbers and colours which was very well done.
The concluding report gave a clear explanation of the current ability of my brain and memory and then many tips on how to maintain a strength of memory by healthy eating, exercise and daily mental challenges of many types.

I booked in an MOT plus a possible leak…

I booked in an MOT plus a possible leak on the windscreen water container,
I asked for an early procedure.
All was done confirmed and completed within 4 hours.
Staff were first class and rang me when I was able to collect.
I was also offered a free pick up and return in future.

Consistent good service

Years of friendly quality service and advice

Having been a member for many years I can honestly say that I have never had any bad service with any order, and the many and varied wines always match their description online in taste and value.
New wines are normally discounted for the opportunity to taste, and favourites of many years standing are always available.
Schemes of regular delivery of mixed wines give good value and an opportunity for new members to taste a variety of wines over a 12 month period which I always considered value for money.
If you don't like a wine just return it!!

Aftersales Service is Fantastic

I purchased pillows for my wife and myself on a Derila sales promotion. The pillows were very well made but were too small for me when I lay on my side. I also purchased two pillowcases but when they arrived they were the same as the cover already on the pillows. This was not clear on the site wording. I did a report outlining these matters on Trustpilot as requested by Derila after the purchase which was read by the head of customer care at Derila.
I had an email instantly from her telling me that they apologised for the misunderstandings and were sending me a full refund for the pillows and pillowcases. She advised that Derila do make a larger size pillow which was now on their website at a heavily discounted rate for me.
I have instantly purchased the larger size with grateful thanks.
In this technology selling age it is good to find a company with the good old fashioned British retail values.

Be happy to ask Jet2 staff for help

Plenty of staff easily recogniseable at airport who are very helpful. Boardings prompt and only delay was awaiting clearance for take off on runway. Delay not Jet2 fault. Cabin crew helpful and informative and food and drink very acceptable.
My only problem was I believe I caught covid from a lady sitting behind me and coughing. Three days after home tested positive !!
